ECCH has three subsidiary businesses. We have diversified to help increase the amount ECCH can reinvest in its services and in local communities, and to become more resilient as a business.

Cavell Healthcare

Cavell Healthcare offers personalised domiciliary care to help people live independently. It has branches in Norwich, Cromer, and Lowestoft.

At ECCH, we are committed to supporting people to manage their conditions safely in their own homes, whenever possible. Cavell Healthcare shares this vision, providing compassionate care tailored to each individual’s needs to help them live comfortably and confidently at home.

Alongside traditional care services, Cavell Digital Care offers a discrete in-home digital ‘assistant’ which monitors clients’ health and activity levels, and can help combat loneliness. The software provides insights for Cavell’s care team who can respond quickly if the need arises. It also provides loved ones with extra peace of mind 24/7.

East Point Business Services

East Point Business Services (EPBS) provides property and facilities management services across Norfolk and Suffolk, supporting organisations in local government, education, healthcare and the commercial sector.

Established in 2014, it also helps to maintain all ECCH’s sites. Its 24/7 call-out service gives us peace of mind, ensuring issues are dealt with quickly and effectively to support the smooth running of our bases and maintain the safety of our staff, patients and visitors.

Shine People Development

Shine People Development specialises in leadership training and coaching, helping individuals and teams build the skills, confidence and resilience to succeed.

Shine was launched to share ECCH’s vision for creating great places to work with people at their heart. It aims to empower individuals to perform at their best and help businesses create a positive workplace culture where staff feel valued, supported and encouraged to grow.
