Working for Us

We have around 800 staff working for us. Many are clinically trained, from podiatrists, nurses and health care assistants to speech and language therapists, school nurses, health visitors and physiotherapists. 

Our public health team focuses on promoting health and well-being in people’s everyday lives including specialists in smoking cessation who provide the Smokefree service across Norfolk.

We also have staff working in finance, human resources, contract management, clinical governance, administration and facilities management.

Shares in the company

All new staff will be able to purchase a £1 share in ECCH and will be issued with a share certificate. We have established a Shareholder Council which enables staff who are shareholders to get more involved in setting and delivering the vision of our social enterprise.

ECCH work experience programmes give an overview of community healthcare. Giving you an insight into a variety of roles allows you to think about which career path is right for you. Rotational placements are available in clinical and non-clinical services. 
ECCH offers rotational work experience placements to help you learn about a variety of roles in healthcare.
