Our Strategy

At East Coast Community Healthcare (ECCH), our goal is simple: to build healthier neighbourhoods and deliver outstanding healthcare, as a provider, partner and employer of choice.

Our Neighbourhood First Strategy sets out how we will work with our partners to improve health and wellbeing in our communities – re-orienting care from hospitals to community, improving access to services through digital innovation and tackling health inequalities.
