Adele Madin - Director of Operations

Adele is a physiotherapist by profession. In 1992 she began her career in Boston, Lincolnshire and moved to the Great Yarmouth and Waveney locality 18 years ago.

Throughout her career she has progressed through a variety of managerial and leadership positions. Adele took the lead role for Adult Community Services in 2011 when Community Services became a social enterprise and launched as ECCH.

She became an Executive Director in July 2014 and continues to lead Adult Services which includes Beccles Hospital, district nursing, specialist palliative care, our Primary Care Home teams and a range of therapy services.
