Adele Madin - Chief Executive Officer

Prior to becoming Chief Executive, Adele was ECCH’s Director of Operations. She led the management of Adult Community Services from 2011 when ECCH launched as a social enterprise. A physiotherapist by profession, she began her career in 1992 in Boston, Lincolnshire, and moved to the Great Yarmouth and Waveney area the following year. Throughout her career she has held a variety of managerial and leadership positions.
