East Coast Community Healthcare (ECCH) has partnered with Living With to offer you an innovative and engaging way to manage your ME/CFS symptoms. Our free app allows you to access ME/CFS management information and tools on your phone when you need them.  All the resources you need - available anytime, anywhere. 

Why use our app?

Our app is designed to make managing your symptoms easier and more convenient. While you don’t need the app to support your treatment for our service, it brings everything together in one place; no more paper diaries or information sheets getting lost or cluttering up your dinner table – all your information is safely stored and available whenever you need it.

Yes, we are happy to provide via paper, email and weblinks if you prefer.

No, it’s completely free to use.

The app is available on mobile devices (phones and tablets) only; it is not accessible on desktop computers.

You can download the Living With app on any mobile device from either the App Store (for Apple devices) or the Google Play Store (for Android devices).

Once you have the app, you’ll need one of our clinicians to send you login instructions so you can use it fully. You can discuss this with your clinician during your next appointment, or if you’d like access sooner, email us at mecfs@ecchcic.nhs.uk for assistance.

Please note that you must be under the care of the ECCH ME/CFS Service to complete the app setup.

Clinicians are able to send you messages and information through the app, but you won’t be able to send messages back. You can still contact the team via our phone number, 01493 809977 or by emailing mecfs@ecchcic.nhs.uk

Yes, the Living With app is fully compliant with all relevant UK regulatory requirements to ensure your personal information is kept safe and secure:
