If you’re aged 40-74, you could be eligible for a FREE NHS Health Check.

Your GP may have been in touch inviting you for an NHS Health Check. The check is carried out every five years and assesses your risk of developing heart disease, type 2 diabetes, kidney disease and stroke. You’ll also have your blood pressure checked and given advice on how to lower your risk.
