Why did you want to do an Apprenticeship?

To progress within my workplace and to gain a qualification

What you have enjoyed and learnt from your experience?

 I have enjoyed learning about different aspects of my job which I wouldn’t normally be involved with such as finance. I was able to speak to different teams within my workplace and gain an insight to their roles which I found interesting. I enjoyed learning new things within my role such as minute taking and invoicing, I enjoyed being able to learn about how different departments within the organisation worked. I gained confidence in presenting and creating reports and PowerPoint presentations and I learnt to minute take at meetings which I still currently do for my team.

How has your experience been overall?

I am so pleased I took up this opportunity and it has motivated me to push myself further and progress within my workplace.

What are your future ambitions?

I would like to make the most of all the opportunities that become available to me, for example I have signed up to complete ILM level 3, through completing this apprenticeship I feel empowered and motivated to push myself even more than ever.

Would you recommend an apprenticeship?

Yes I would highly recommend an apprenticeship to anyone who is thinking of completing one. I am thankful to ECCH for giving me this opportunity.
