Louise Barrett - Director of Operations

Louise has extensive experience managing our Adult Care services. She was Deputy Director of Operations at ECCH before taking on her current role, with responsibility for delivering and developing our Primary Care Home teams and associated specialisms such as virtual ward, tissue viability and continence services.

Prior to that she held a range of health and corporate leadership posts including Head of Service for East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices and Associate Director of Children’s Services with Norfolk Community Health & Care.
