Tanya Ayers - Staff Director

Tanya joined ECCH in 2020 as an Operational Administrator based at Beccles Hospital, she was given the opportunity to build on her role with supporting the running of the day-to-day requirements of the admin team ensuring the team are fully trained, happy and fulfilling expectations.

Tanya is an advocate for the Operational Health & Wellbeing Group and examples the organisations core values in the wider Multidisciplinary team. A recent example is leading on a world Mental health day event bringing staff together and promoting the Vivup services.

Tanya has been recognized to always lead by example, challenge ideas and processes with the ethos of improving the services as a whole.
