ECCH’s COVID-19 response needs you!

Paid Work

Are you looking for paid, rewarding work during the current COVID-19 pandemic? Perhaps you have family or friends who are not working and need an alternative or additional income during this challenging and uncertain time?

ECCH is offering paid work (‘as and when’ hours or fixed) available at NHS rates of pay.
We are looking for:

Clinical Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians
If you want to be part of a dynamic and friendly pharmacy team, join us in delivering innovative pharmacy services to the community.

Registered Nurses and Nurse in Charge
Registered nurses on our wards and in the community, including nurses to work night duties and nurse-in-charge to take the clinical leadership of a unit.

Carers (Health Care Assistants) – Community and Ward
Can you offer support to patients recently discharged from hospital who need some help whilst they recover at home. Or could you provide carer support on our community based rehab wards?

Rehabilitation and Support Worker
We need people to join our Primary Care Home teams supporting patients with aspects of daily living to help them towards self-care and independence.
COVID Response Phlebotomist
We require trained and competent phlebotomists to support both antibody testing and potentially track and trace testing in the Norfolk and Waveney area. The service will be coordinated from a central point in Norwich but delivered in sites across Norfolk and Waveney.

Hotel Services Operatives
We need porters, caterers and housekeeping services to work with ECCH’s Hotel Services department at various ECCH sites in Great Yarmouth and Waveney.

If you are interested in any of the above jobs please email our HR team at or call 01502 445300.
We will supply all personal protective equipment (PPE) required for these roles according to Government guidelines.
Previous experience in the above roles would be an advantage, but don’t worry as we will provide you with the training and support you need to get you up and running fast.
During this pandemic we have instigated an accelerated recruitment process supported by excellent induction and training.

While you support the national NHS response – ECCH will support you!
