East Coast Community Healthcare CIC is proud to be working with Keeler Recruitment and Birketts Solicitors offering a health secondment programme to local employers. The programme provides the opportunity for local employers to second suitable employees to East Coast Community Healthcare on a secondment arrangement rather than transfer your employees to the Job Retention Scheme (and class them as Furlough Workers). Full reimbursement of employment costs for any staff seconded comes directly from ECCH to you as the Employer, allowing you to retain staff and provide continuation of service. The secondment programme provides greater protection for Employers as, once the secondment ends, the staff member will return to their Employer giving much more control in terms of staff retention.
