The Family Nurse Partnership (FNP) is a voluntary home visiting programme for first time young mums, aged 19 years and under.

Health Visiting

The Health Visiting Service provides services to families/carers with children aged 0-5 years of age registered with GPs in Lowestoft and Waveney.

Looked After Children Service

The Looked after children service ensures that all children who enter the care system have an Initial Health Assessment carried out by a registered medical practitioner.

National Child Measurement Programme (NCMP)

Within our School Nursing Service trained health staff undertake the height and weight measurement of children within Reception and Year 6 in schools across Lowestoft and Waveney.

School Nursing Service

We provide a School Nursing service to all children aged 5 to 19 years and their families / carers within Lowestoft and Waveney area, following on from the health visiting service.
