SUMMARY

To increase knowledge of general practice staff regarding diabetic foot complications; risk assessment of diabetic foot in line with NICE guidance and QOF.

COURSE CONTENT

• Presentation including general awareness of causes/consequences of foot complication in diabetes.
  
  
• Practical demonstration of foot examination
  
  
• Risk assessment
  
  
• Patient education
  
  
• Podiatry Referral

DETAILS

This one hour session costs £150.00 plus VAT, numbers dependent on available room size at Practice.

The costs are inclusive of trainer, travel, equipment, certificates, copy of the signed attendance sheet and any handouts.
