CHELsea II: A cluster randomised trial of clinically-assisted hydration in patients in the last days of life.

The principal objective is to ascertain if clinically assisted hydration reduces episodes of delirium in the last days of a person life. If delirium can be better managed and improve the quality of life in these final moments.

The study is being delivered by ECCH in collaboration with St. Elizabeth Hospice, located at Minsmere Ward in Beccles hospital.
