Our Values
We have built an ‘intentional culture’ within ECCH, with a set of four signature behaviours which underpin how we do things. The aim is for all staff to feel a sense of connection and to share in our collective achievements. Our signature behaviours can be summed up in the word ‘CARE’, which stands for: Compassion, Action, Respect and Everyone. We want to empower our people to be the best they can be, to focus on building community relationships, making connections and using their judgement to deliver exceptional patient care.
