Tony Osmanski - Chairman

As well as being ECCH’s Chair, Tony sits on the Partnership Board of the Norfolk & Waveney Integrated Care System.

A retired Strategic Director for Suffolk Coastal and Waveney District Councils, Tony was responsible for a strategic portfolio that included Transformation, Corporate Governance, Service Commissioning, Customer Services, Communication and Community Health & Wellbeing.

In addition to his role with ECCH, Tony is on the Board of Suffolk Sport, and is a School Governor and Parish Councillor.
