We have around 700 staff working for us in roles which include podiatrists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech and language therapists, nurses, assistant practitioners, healthcare assistants and phlebotomists.

We also have a number of specialist services including our Diabetic, Cardiac Rehab and Dietetics teams.

As well as clinicians, we have staff working in finance, human resources, contract management, clinical governance, administration and facilities management.

Pay and Terms and Conditions Aligned to NHS Agenda for Change

 

*Travel - Travel - travel is paid at a locally agreed rate which is currently above the national agenda for change rates.

Continuous service - your continuous service date will be set as your start date with ECCH, we accept reckonable service for the purposes of annual leave, sickness, maternity and redundancy where there has been a break in service between NHS employers of 12 months or less.
